PACTAR – Printing press Activity Tracking Analysis and Reporting software is a complete printing ERP solution that is specifically designed to manage the entire production printing lifecycle.

PACTAR is developed to automate the Printing Press Activity. PACTAR gives you total control of every aspect of your printing process from order entry to delivery. A software solution for Printing Press Unit which can be used by the management to track the activities at the press.

PACTAR enables you to accept orders, plan orders, schedule orders, approval process for design items and then production all from a single application

The entire jobs requested by various departments are entered in the application. The Application generates a unique Job no. for each entry. The job no. is used as the reference for any further process till billing. Once the job details are entered, the planning department enters the detailed process of each job like material required, machine used, manpower to be used etc. The production department updates the job status of each process. The material used for each process is also captured. Once the Process is over the details get reflected in the dispatch module. The dispatch section generates the DC and is set to the accounts department. The accounts department generates the bill according to the DC and Job No.

PACTAR is designed either for an individual system or as a client server configuration. The development is done in MS visual Basic 6.0. The software supports both MS Access and MS SQL Server as backend. On a network environment the respective department can access/add/edit/view only their relevant data.

There are three version of the software which is listed below.

PACTAR BASIC
With this version of the software, activities ranging from order entry through to production entry and dispatch details can efficiently monitored. Relevant reports/MIS, delivery note and invoice will be generated for every order executed.

PACTAR Pro.
This version includes inventory module to capture the stock, purchase and usage. PACTAR Pro will help you to bring down wastage and pilferage and increase productivity which will intimately result in overall efficiency of the press.

PACTAR Enterprise
Capture the step by step process of each and every department which will help you in monitoring the total process management. Web tracking is an added advantage for customers to track their order status.

PACTAR PLUS
The ultimate for ISO Certified companies. Reports required for ISO can be generated from this version. An add on package for the pactar Ent Version.

In short, PACTAR tracks all the activities right from order entry by marketing executive to dispatch of the final products, with relevant Reports, MIS, DC and invoice will be generated for every executed order.
